I want to appeal my live account suspension!

I want to appeal my Xbox Live account suspension immediately...

I received a suspension notification today and it is a wrongful suspension because I wasn't even on Xbox and no one has access to my account...

I am so sick and tired of being mistreated by Microsoft and Xbox that if you don't reverse my suspension immediately I am going to speak to my lawyer I want every penny I've spent this year on anything from Xbox or Microsoft refunded to me and I won't stop
until I get it... I have the money to do it please don't mess with me anymore you guys have allowed people to call my children **** and black lives matter will hear about it as well.

I live in Minnesota and as you all may know my Minneapolis chapter of black lives matter is heading the forefront on racial oppression and hate crimes hate speech harassment and any of the above because of the George Floyd fiasco and I will include Microsoft
in every single protest. You can't suspend my account for doing nothing to No One and me not even being on it. There's no way to justify that and there is absolutely no way for you to justify the racial slurs that you guys allowed to go unpunished to the people
who harassed my children. By the way they're 10-year-old twin boys so how would you feel if your children were harassed and then you got suspended when you weren't even on? I will take this to court I'm not even messing around anymore and I will go to Playstation
Xbox this is your last chance Microsoft You too.

P.S. my twitter account has more followers than Xbox does and i will start posting about this within the hour if this is not resolved. Showing Screen shots for proof because i want tobplay video games and not play games with this BS.

I'm sick of Xbox ALWAYS taking the wrong side. now im quarantined with nothing to do because this guy felt the need to harrass me.

if this isn't fixed I'm selling my Xbox asap, and won't shop with micrrosoft again.

they way this turned out was way too biased he continued to report me the whole time.

Once a report is filled it has to be investigated which takes time,so your suspension could be for something you did days or even weeks ago which is why you were suspended while you were not online.

The only way to appeal a suspension is to file for a case review on the enforcement site HERE

The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here or at support can do anything.

Go post in account suspensions if you want to appeal.

They just denied my appeal. In the appeal I asked what’s the reason my accounts in a suspension and they still haven’t even put a reason down as to why.
