I want this hacker to get banned from Xbox I C U Everywere

I alway report hackers and they never get banned why is that when I pay so I can play safely online his gamer tag is . I C U Everywere but I will see him still online hacking I'm sure

xbox no longer care about its genuine player Base u can report a hacker but fk all gets done and a hacker reports u n u get banned xbox an all its services r a big joke but u can't talk to their enforcement team and they are probably hackers them selves
my advise get a ps4 n fk xbox off like I am

If you report his / her account that is all you can do if XBLPET (Xbox lives policy & enforcement team) doesn't see anything wrong with his / her account then you can't do anything else besides block and ignore him / her. I'd provide some proof though before
reporting there account like a video or a picture of them violating the Code of conduct.
