I WANT THE CREDITS BACK

I want the credits for this. I played for hours to get the credits - just as it completed all the social bingos, it closed and started over. I want them back. You have not fixed anything. I'm pretty sure Microsoft and Xbox are big enough that they can handle
dealing with all these issues.

I agree, we pay for this service and I wanted to watch netflix today (another service we pay for) and we can't because the xbox live service won't let me sign in to my account. I really hope we are going to be compensated for this because things we pay for
should work as advertised. Basically because of this issue I can't access two things I pay for.

Aggravated. I can't even get thru to an agent, let alone talk to someone thru a god damn chat box. Like others have stated, we don't get to sit around and play when we want, and when we can actually play, this happens? Get your crap together Microsoft because
this is the third time this week that I've had issues. First the security/proofs malfunction and now connecting to xbox live. In which it says for me to delete and then re download my profile, and then I can't even re download my profile to my xbox. Better
get credited.

hahaha its $60 dollars for a whole year if you really want that 16.5 cents for one day gone i suggest lifting your couch cushion. you cant even be mad over one day gone when we have such amazing service all the other time. this is fine by me. not
