i want the avatar xbox vip hoody and 10years helmet

hello, i have been on xbox for 10years and more altogether and would like to receive the hoodie and 10years helmet for my avatar thanks.

Perhaps you need to be a VIP and have a tenure over a certain amount?

 

Mass Effect 3 avatar awards not available

When I got the N7 helmet and went to put it on my avatar, I got a message telling me it I needed to download it and do I want to download now. After saying yes, it downloaded, the avatar wardrobe updated, and I had my helmet. Don't know if this helps?

 

The 10 year items were from a promotion several years ago to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the Live service. They're not given out based on tenure and since it's been so longer since the promotion, it is no longer possible to receive the codes.
