Yes, I noticed the date. I still think if there is suspicion of a person with this condition trying to interact with people their are not allowed to then it is best to talk to local law enforcement considering the severity of the situation.

Have you talked to local law enforcement? I think they would be better equipped to handle this.

You can file a report but then it's up to the authorities in charge. You can't just demand an account be taken down on your word. Let them do their thing investigating it and it should end up taken care of if it's truly as you say
