i sent my xbox 360 in for repair and i called and the agent said that you guys could not repair it becuse it had been tamperd with and i have never even took it a part . This does not make me a very happy person when you guys say i did something to the console
when all i did was paly it. [Mod Removed] please give my money back im not a person that is not an honest person. iv been with xbox products sence the xbox came out.

if the console was sent back and said it was tampered they will probably refund the charge if not call up support but for future reference do not post emails or phone numbers as people can easily harass you as this is a PUBLIC forum.

It charged my card for the pre-order back in september. It took 105.99 dollars out of my bank account. My order was canceled as you said within 10 days. But i never got my money back. There is money i need to be refunded. I had to buy the game again. Spending over 210 dollars
