I want out from the Xbox One system update program

Please could you remove me from this programme as your pre released programmes are not enabling me to enjoy the full extent of xbox one.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. What is the update in question for? Is it an Xbox One console update? If it's the initial update and it continuously fails, you may want to try the

offline system update.

Controller won't turn on Xbox One (weekly)

The PS4 is as glitchy or more glitchy than the Xbox One is. There was a controller firmware update for people in the system update preview program and it might fix your issue. I'd wait until that is released to everyone before calling Xbox Support. The update will probably go out to everyone very soon.

No he isn't.

There is an Xbox One Preview program, where people in it get advance looks at the upcoming features. The downside to this is that you get unexpected issues, which is understandable because you are beta testing for Microsoft.

If you want to leave the preview program Billy then you go into the Preview app and under the registration option there should be an option to leave.

Why would you leave the preview program now? There hasn't been an update since November, there won't be another until February and the version of the OS that you are running now is exactly the same as every other Xbox One in existence. What part of the "full
extent" of the Xbox One do you think you are missing out on?

In order to acquire an invite to the Preview Program, you'll need to receive one from a friend. To find out more information, check out our support article on the

Xbox One Preview Program.

What I would suggest is to post up in our Xbox One General Discussion forum, make some friends in there who are already participating in the preview program, and then hopefully receive an invite from them!
