I want my xbox membership cancelled and a refund for the money you took

I never signed up for xbox live automatic renewal. If there was a small dialogue box that I needed to click to avoid being ripped off I missed it. I over-drafted thanks to your *** and I want my money refunded immediately. I tried to go through support but
it repeatedly asks me to log into my microsoft account (i've tried every browser on my pc; your site is ***.)

The bigger microsoft gets the bigger *** it starts to suck; you buy *** and ruin it and I'm slowly ending use of all of your products. Outlook sucks compared to hotmail and you even managed to ruin skype (used to be such a cool program.) I hate linux but
it's <oddly> less hassle than Windows 10. I'm not wasting any more time being redirected around your site; I want this sorted now. I barely even *** play xbox jesus

Refunding money

At 20 Juli I bought a Xbox live gold membership. I accidentally bought it 3 times. Because i didn't received any proof of purchase.

So I cancelled 2 of the 3 purchases. But the money was already written off my bank account. After this I received an email saying that this 2 purchases are cancelled and that I will get my money back. And now I am almost waiting for 3 weeks for my money.

I heard someone saying it will take about 3 work days to refund the money but as I said I am almost waiting for 3 weeks for my money of any reply.

Can someone please help me with this problem.

Charges to my account but no Gold service.

Basically i've been charged on my debit card for 5.99 for a 1 month xbox live membership, even tho i cancelled the automatic payments last month after you charge my account for the fourth time without my authorization, on top of this my xbox live still is
updated to gold 2 days after a payment i cancelled and DID NOT authorize this is complete *** and i want the 5.99 your service unlawfully took from my bank account.

You need to contact support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us either via chat or via phone(probably best)

It does tell you about auto renewal so I doubt you'll get a refund.

You wont get one if it's for a month or less.

Oh, that makes sense. But now that I have canceled the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership (and have been refunded the $1 it took to upgrade it), is the rest of my subscription gone?

So I cancelled my membership over the phone today. It took 19minutes to simply tell some to cancel my membership. Totally ridiculous; especially because you can start a membership online or on your xbox in a matter of seconds. Won't be subscribing again
because it took so long to cancel it.

Hello so I have a quick question I received a refund for the game pass and was told the subscription was cancelled and have the screenshot to prove it and yet again xbox took the money for it out of my bank so how do you take money for a subscription that

If you cancelled ultimate yes, because when you paid the 1$ converted all in ultimate, by cancelling ultimate you are cancelling all subscription because ultimate is the 3 subscriptions in 1.
