    Basicly i cant do it because i cant access my profile. it just tells me that an error has occurred. HELP PLEASE?

    EDIT: I've also payed hundreds of euros for nothing, since my xbox broke down. I tought i cancelled it but apparently it still takes money from me.

    It is Always better to create new thread for your own issue, but you can try
    http://billing.microsoft.com     to see if you can update the payment options there.

    The same solution applies you you as well. Please contact Xbox Support for this issue, they are the only ones able to fix issues when you can't access the payment options yourself.
