Discus and support I want my snap feature back!!!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I don't care about the increased memory. I bought an Xbox One for the snap feature.     I don't care about the increased memory. I bought an Xbox One for the snap feature. Can I get that feature back? Without that feature; this makes this game system no better than a PlayStation 4.

    Netflix video freeze when snapped

    also if you want to use netflix with a game in the Snap feature you have to first turn the game on then snap Net Flix after the game has been on for about 10 minutes once you snap Netflix it'll ask you to go to full screen pick the movie you want to watch.
    start It and after it hits 99% snap it back to the corner it should work
