I want my original account back :(

ok so back when I played on the xbox 360 I used an account that went through a series of names before ending with vRxShadowz. Well Microsoft did a little updating of their security and when I needed to update my password and everything I had forgotten them
and my mom didnt write them down and now I go by on xbox live because I lost my way into the account and I lost all of my memories my achievements the halo 3 vid master annual is there any way to get my info?

yeah if you sign up with a fake email it just makes it harder to get it back but we will try our best to get it back

It's not bad support, it's bad thinking on everyone else's part. You think if your going to sink hundreds of dollars into something, you might have all of your info up to date, Christ your cc is on file!! You know if your account is stolen your the first
to whine that the account's not secure enough, but god forbid your required to take care of your own crap. You've had since OCTOBER to take care of this crap. If you can't remember your crap that's all your own fault. If you at least knew your passwords you
would/do have the ability to change the email. It only requires the password, not access to the email. But since you have all waited until you were forced to do something your running into problems. So again try to reset your password, if you can't do everything
else, try and make the email, the minute you change from an ISP email change it. Quit blaming MS. Go to PS3, fine. Their password resets are horrifyingly easy, my ex could easily get it and I couldn't do crap about it because he knows my name, address, and
the last 4 of my cc.

 

You would have to contact Xbox support for further assistance. As long as you can prove to them that the account belongs to you then they can help you with regaining access to it.
