I want my old account back.. how to?

As the title states i had an old 360 account with quite alot of games attached to it,

and recently i bought my kid a new xbox, current gen (360) however....

my email connected to the old tag and account had been compromised. and now i cant seem to find any option to like reclaim this gamertag and account?

any and all tips are therefore much appreciated. Thanks in advance !

hi i got hacked when i was playing call of duty modern warfare 2 2 years ago and i want it bck because i pay for this account.when im trying to connect it say this account dosent exist. if someone can help me please do it please!

That is a tough one. Especially if the tag does not currently reside on a console. What I would suggest is call phone support and explain the issue to them. They may be able to assist you.

You'll want to contact support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

There's no way to know exactly how inactive an account is. It's possible their signing into their account on other Microsoft services which would keep it open.
