    You can try replyong to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists or try submitting a new request.

    Sorry, if it said you maxed out then that was the decision. Maxing out could be to many refunds or the refund amounts were to high. For whatever reason it may be the new request is denied and wont be honored :(
