You would have to change it to something else to free it up. Then change it back.

One to something else and wait a couple mins and change back HOWEVER pls check if anyone else has your name if they do changing it will result in a hashtag

Caps and spaces do not differentiate a name you just use something different first

Maybe it's an inactive gamertag that someone created but does not use any more, on the old gamertag system. If you wanted that gamertag why don't you try it with capital letters or some numbers too see if that's available, if you don't mind the capital
letters and numbers that is.

note, my gamertag now is , it's a capital i in Taylor.

Support will not be able to assist with changing of a gamertag.

You would have to pay for the change if you want to change the capitalization.
