Discus and support i want my case review in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I want to launch a case review against my xbox live suspensionbut it wont let me as the account is a child account and the parent account doesn't have...     I want to launch a case review against my xbox live suspensionbut it wont let me as the account is a child account and the parent account doesn't have any form of xbox live

    i want a case review

    I want a case review, sorry to be forward but I am really angry with this decision to suspend my account due to infractions with my gamer pic. The pic in question is in no way a breach of any conduct rules set forth by the Microsoft
    community. The picture contained an anime female fully clothed standing practically upright but yes the character had large breasts but in no way provocative or demeaning . Although many others have gone in a different direction with female anime characters
    showing an abundance of under breast exposed, small amounts of cloth covering female genital regions and sexually meaning poses, though they are allowed to game freely with accounts and pics.

    This to me is a complete double standard with little to no thought placed in this decision, so please I invite you, any member of the enforcement team to reply to this post give your side of this predicament maybe there can be sense made of this or at the
    very least a case review granted.

    The enforcement team no longer use the forums and only they can respond to any enforcement actions they issue.

    They are only contactable via the case review process, if qualified, at https://enforcement.xbox.com.

    Keep in mind, not all suspensions qualify for a case review.

    You may only request a review of your own active enforcement actions, and must be signed in to the account that received the enforcement
    (or signed in to the parent account if a child account was suspended). Prior to submitting a Case Review, you may be prompted to complete a short questionnaire designed to gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct. Failure to pass this
    questionnaire will temporarily prevent you from submitting a review, during which time we recommend familiarizing oneself with the Code of Conduct.

    The parent account should still be able to log into
    enforcement.xbox.com     and file the case review. That is the only way a child account can file it.

    I do not have the option to send a case for review, my history is completely flawless. I do not want the motive now I want and I fight for my unbanned

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.
