    I wasn't the one who sent me a message first and my gamer tag is set for explicit talk. Therefore how I'm being penalized when someone sent me a disrespectful message. I'm not happy with me spending my money to relax and play a game while you all controlling
    our game. I want action asap about my game because I'm looking g into an attorney today a out this. You can't take our money for year subscriptions and treat us like this... You all need to make it for only friends to message in that cased because I'm very
    pissed. I played professional basketball and you all have definitely lost out on my money because of this... I will be seeking litigation!!!

    It doesn't matter who starts it, if you retaliate in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be suspended. Therr is no setting on your account that makes it okay to use bad language. Everything on Live has to remain E for everyone.
