    I want money back for wrong billing


    There is a charge for an xbox live subscription on my credit card. There is no easy way to contact "Microsoft billing". I have to wait one hour to be contacted back on a chat! I have to be glued on my computer waiting? Every billing issue I have had with
    other companies, the contact phone number was listed on the credit card description of the bill item.

    All Microsoft website instructions involve going to my account and cancel the subscription. Hey Microsoft: I have neither an xbox, nor an xbox live subscription on my account.

    Just want my money back, at least the last two payments, for this and last year: this is not the first time I have this issue--it was supposed to be credit and canceled last year by Microsoft.

    As someone who can't play discs on my Xbox anymore, due a lil' incident, the free games are really ideal for me seeing as I had most of them before so I still got the saves.

    Unfortunately, after more than 30 hours of play it will not be possible to get a refund. You can still report bugs and glitches on the

    There is another free game due out first of next month, it may be more to your liking. Cant help you with the friends /clan thing. Do you use a mic when you play, talking to people helps.
