I want back my old Profile

last time i played with my old profile was 4 years ago.

There's no way to know exactly how inactive an account is. It's possible their signing into their account on other Microsoft services which would keep it open.

I guess that's true. But he still only used the account to mod on black ops 2, he's either trying to sell the xbox tag or do something else with it.
