    I don't rememeber my old email create only for play on xbox; i only remember a part of it... WHat i need to do for know my old email?

    In order to get the adult profile to work, I removed my 11-year old son's profile from the XBOX and then "connected" under my adult log in. Then, even after I reinstalled his profile, I could access my adult profile, but he could still not access it. My
    18-year old installed his profile and my 11-year old can use his. If you really wanted to, I think you could create a false family member who is of the right age.

    This is not an issue with Nintento Switch ...

    Delete digital game to play with CD

    So I removed the Home Setting from our 3 profiles and re start the Xbox.

    It didn't work, the game was still here .

    Even worst I was able to access it using my 7 years old daughter profile altough she has a - 10 years old profile configuration.

    So I deleted my gamertag and re-start, log from my daugter profile.

    Still the same issue.

    The game is still there ready to install.

    It's really annoying. Is there any option? Can I have any kind of support from MS ?

    I want to revert my Xbox gamertag back to what it was.

    But what if it was a mistake. What if I didn't like my new gamertag and want my old one back? Do I get an email or something?
