I want accomodations

I would like accomadations for a new xbox. Why you might ask well its very simple. Ever since i got it for christmas it ran perfectly fine but ever since about a month ago it just decided to not work properly. It runs super slow my games continue to lag
after i have done all the troubleshooting procedures. I demand a new xbox or some sort of accomadation for all i have been through with this console.

not gotten my code

iv definitely played before the specified date and i also have not recieved a code. im stuck at SR 70 and dont really feel like playing and wasting accomodation xp. so if someone would like to fix that.. thanks

 

connection issue

I live in private accomodation at university and every time I Have to connect to the internet on my laptop a page comes up where I have to accept terms and conditions of the companies fair usage policy, anyone know a way around this when trying to connect
to the internet on xbox? I have access to the router configuration page?

 

You would need to send your console of for repair

If it is still under warranty it will be free,if not it will cost you a repair fee.

No one is going to give you another console or any compensation although you should get a free months xbox live if you send the console of to be repaired.

If you are suffering from lag then it may be an issue with your router/broadband.
