    I want access to my old Gamertag and DL History


    The title says it all. I would like to regain access to my old gamertag and the games i purchased/downloaded previously. However, when I logged into Live under my email, I was given a new gamertag with no experience, no friends and no d/l history.

    Any help is appreciated!

    FREE GAME: Ben 10, Rise of Hex.... CONFIRMED free for SIlver accounts

    Any of the "downloaded just in case folks" might want to check your DL history. I got it from the site, but it's not in my DL history or on my console. You might not have gotten it after all. Oh well.

    Old gamertag

    Hey all, my question is regarding transferring the points and credits from my old xbox360 console. Which has died by the way, to my new cosole. When I first activated new cosole I had to repurchase my xboxlive membership. I am still getting email for my
    original gamertag onmy pc. I am wondering how I combine the two accounts points, and history. Or is it possible to use old gamertag and access that info and history from new cosole? I can't access old gamertag or account info from new cosole, when I try it
    just goes to my new account gamertag, and recent activity? Both accounts were set up using the same widows live id sign in information, and email address but I can't view or access any of the info from my first gamertag .

    Any help or advice will be appreciated

    same problem here only playing 30 sec of a lot of videos that i purchased on zune back in 2010, what's worse is they don't show in my dl history or my purchase history to be able to re-dl these items..

    if you downloaded it previously and you are on the same account that downloaded it, it will be in your download history just access the game and re download it for free, everything you bought and downloaded will be in your DL history.

    I cannot recover my old gamertag due to the new dashboard update requirements. I cannot remember my old history and I dont want to start over. I'm moving to PC and doing my best to avoid microsoft products there as well. thanks, and so long!
