I want a refund!

i just bought a $25 xbox gold membership (3 months) from the nearest 7/11. I got home about an hour ago and scratched the back to get the code and redeem it so I can jump back onto Overwatch. But right when I finish typing all 25 digit code , I checked to
make sure I wrote everything correctly and I pressed enter and it gave me these letters in a bold and yellow color saying " this code has already been redeemed" this is actually the 3rd time I used I bought a card and I never had this issue untill today. I
went back to 7/11 to go get a refund and they wouldn't give me my $25 back just because the back of the code was showing! I've been part of the Xbox family for a year now and this is wanting me to go back to the PlayStation family again and just sell my Xbox
! I want a refund !

Hi xbox live i need a refund here. I got another month of xbox live that i didnt want. I think it was because of automatic renewal. I called xbox live support and they already took off the renewal but i was hoping to get a refund of the $9.99 i spent on
another membership that i didnt want. If i could get a refund just please send it to my credit card.

There have been problems with BF3 where Operation Metro freezes when you play high-ticket games, such as 500% (1750 tickets). It's happened to me too. I would suggest clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling patches to try and fix the problem.

 

You can't buy something from a store and expect to get a refund from another store, lol. It's something you have to work out with 711 since you bought it from them. If you used a Credit Card to buy it, just call the bank and charge back the money.
