i want a refund!

i was banned! i was not cheating in anyway and my xbox has no modifications the only thing that could have happened was someone hacked into my account i want to claim UA.the consle told me my account was signed into another consle and without my permission
and i didnt know about these sign in's. so im being banned for somone getting on my account and cheating or modifying there game/consle and i dont get to keep anything from my account not even the $200 ive recently spent or my 3 month gold.i want a refund
or my account should be given back and u should find out who stole my account they should be in trouble not me.gamertag:gaming trekz

Hi xbox live i need a refund here. I got another month of xbox live that i didnt want. I think it was because of automatic renewal. I called xbox live support and they already took off the renewal but i was hoping to get a refund of the $9.99 i spent on
another membership that i didnt want. If i could get a refund just please send it to my credit card.

There have been problems with BF3 where Operation Metro freezes when you play high-ticket games, such as 500% (1750 tickets). It's happened to me too. I would suggest clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling patches to try and fix the problem.

All you can do is phone support and have them open an Unauthorized Access investigation. They will be able to see exactly where the account was logged into when things happened. The outcome of the investigation does not guarantee that your ban will be lifted.
