I WANT A REFUND

How can a game that is going to sell millions of copies have down time now for 14+ hours in the us. I request that i get a refund for this digital game and its worthless to me. I have now been sitting waiting for a update and its the same update over and
over : WE KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM. well if you know about this huge problem you now had 14 hours to fix it i do not understand how a company can drop the ball on a launch game. You know that SONY is just laughing hard right now at this.

I have already called support and told them i want a refund. They are trying and blowing me off. Ok i will post on here and voice it up.

Refund me $59.99 + the 1 Month xbox live that i added last night to play this game i cant even play. 29 days left on that 1 month BOOOOOOOOO

Hi xbox live i need a refund here. I got another month of xbox live that i didnt want. I think it was because of automatic renewal. I called xbox live support and they already took off the renewal but i was hoping to get a refund of the $9.99 i spent on
another membership that i didnt want. If i could get a refund just please send it to my credit card.

There have been problems with BF3 where Operation Metro freezes when you play high-ticket games, such as 500% (1750 tickets). It's happened to me too. I would suggest clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling patches to try and fix the problem.

 

if you want a refund for a game that you purchased on the xbox one, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX(469-9269)

You will lose the license, but you will get your money back.

 

i guess you did not hear what i wrote. I called them already and they would not give me a refund telling me to work with them how can i work with them now 15 hours pass the time i got the game ?

 

Its funny i check my email i get a email from the support team about my call the title is : I have a frezzing or crashing issue with a game . This is not what i called about i called about a REFUND.

ok so now i was able to get in to 1 game that makes it 2 games so far i played on this game lol , at the end of this match im stuck at a black screen.

if you want a refund for the xbox one, you should be able to get one, no questions asked. I know the rules, any customer who wants a refund for the xbox one can get a refund because the license doesn't stay on the console. if the rep doesn't do it, speak
with the supervisor

 

I have to agree, go beyond the clerk you are dealing with on the phone. Ask for a Supervisor or a Manager, be like "Someone who will actually help me!" I'm pretty sure you will get some attention.

 

its a massive launch! most of them have problems the first day or two! I could not play grand theft auto for a couple days but when I could it was well worth it! get your money back and in a day or two when everything is ok you will want the game again!

I have a troubleshooting step for you.

Press and hold the power button on the console itself for 10 normal seconds.

Unplug the console from the wall for 2 seconds, then plug it back in.

turn the console on, then try to play the game.
