I want a refund

How you could possibly release the first halo release on xbox one which is arguably your flagship franchise, as broken as it is (and i'm not just talking about the servers) and expect to get away with it i simply don't understand. I paid £370 this weekend
just so i could play halo again as i now only play on pc, now i remember why i left console gaming in the first place. absolute joke, i want my money back.

Hi xbox live i need a refund here. I got another month of xbox live that i didnt want. I think it was because of automatic renewal. I called xbox live support and they already took off the renewal but i was hoping to get a refund of the $9.99 i spent on
another membership that i didnt want. If i could get a refund just please send it to my credit card.

There have been problems with BF3 where Operation Metro freezes when you play high-ticket games, such as 500% (1750 tickets). It's happened to me too. I would suggest clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling patches to try and fix the problem.

 

Where did you purchase it from? If from a store, seek a refund there.

If it was bought digitally on the marketplace, all sales are final and there are no refunds, sorry.

 

I'm playing it, and nothing about it is broken. Apart from the matchmaking which they will sort out.

If you bought it from a store take it back, like DA said.

 

Besides matchmaking the game is far from broken. What do you think is broken?

Yes because games always work at launch on PC. I mean EA and Ubisoft have never had launch issues on PC right?

 

You have to realize how big of the game MCC really is.

Its something that hasn't really been done on X1 yet, they will fix the matchmaking soon.

They game hasnt been out two full days yet, try playing the campaigns they're fantastic or some customs with friends

 

^I'd even go so far to say, ever, not just the Xbox One. I don't think anything like this has ever been attempted?

To be honest, I was actually a little in awe when I first booted it up!

 

What does the PC have to do with a console.

Surely the closed nature of Live and the power of the Azure Cloud should be making such matchmaking issues a thing of the past.

 

It would make it a thing of the past, but hosting on azure does not fix external issues I.E the internet in general, that has been so unstable for years now.

 

This isn't an internet issue though but one of poor matchmaking set-up for the Master Chief Collection.

 

Matchmaking is working a lot better today then it was previously. Played 3 matches earlier. And thats 3 separate times searching for different playlists to enter.
