    I want a refund.


    Purchased 1 year for $59.99, went to download free game, prompted me to buy the membership again so I figured it didn't go through the first time. Did it again, same thing. Restarted my Xbox and now it shows I have gold, but I checked my credit card and
    it charged me twice.

    Will one of these drop off or do I have to call and complain?

    Hi xbox live i need a refund here. I got another month of xbox live that i didnt want. I think it was because of automatic renewal. I called xbox live support and they already took off the renewal but i was hoping to get a refund of the $9.99 i spent on
    another membership that i didnt want. If i could get a refund just please send it to my credit card.

    I want a refund!!!!

    There have been problems with BF3 where Operation Metro freezes when you play high-ticket games, such as 500% (1750 tickets). It's happened to me too. I would suggest clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling patches to try and fix the problem.
