    I want a refund

    Hi xbox live i need a refund here. I got another month of xbox live that i didnt want. I think it was because of automatic renewal. I called xbox live support and they already took off the renewal but i was hoping to get a refund of the $9.99 i spent on
    another membership that i didnt want. If i could get a refund just please send it to my credit card.

    I want a refund!!!!

    There have been problems with BF3 where Operation Metro freezes when you play high-ticket games, such as 500% (1750 tickets). It's happened to me too. I would suggest clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling patches to try and fix the problem.

    Couple questions?

    1. What do you mean by you did not pay with credit/debit card?

    2. Did you purchase it from Microsoft? If so and it was purchased digitally then you would need to call xbox support and see if you are eligible for refund.

    3. If you bought it from another retailer then you would have to follow there return/refund guidelines.

    You can also go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review for your account.
