    I recently purchased a DLC code with a prepaid VISA I purchased in the USA (I live in Canada). When I went to redeem the code, it said it's locked by region and I can't download it. I've checked my orders and there's no option to request a refund so now
    I am completely unable to use a DLC that I purchased with my hard earned money and I couldn't find an email anywhere of someone to contact for a bit of support from xbox or microsoft. I just want my money back or better yet to be able to actually use what
    I rightfully paid for.

    Hey there,

    As per TOS, all digital sales are final. You can contact MS Customer Service for this specific case but no guarantee you'll get a refund.

    You can contact support but they will only give you ONE refund. But that would work!!!

    If you purchased the code from Microsoft directly. If it doesn't show up immediately, try waiting a day then go to account.microsoft.com then payment & billings, then order history. If you find the item you may have an option to request a refund under the
    section for that item. If it's still not there, alternatively you can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. They might not be able to do anything, but they may be able to do something to assist.

    Where did you purchase the code. From a store while you were in the US. If that is the case you need to contact that retailer for a refund.

    Microsoft will not refund you for a code you purchased from another retailer

    Contact support. I believe I heard a similar situation in the past that they were able to support with. Hope it works out.

    Where did you purchase the code. From a store while you were in the US. If that is the case you need to contact that retailer for a refund.
