I have had this same issue with every game I have reordered since Xbox one was released. This along with the slap in the face xbox 360 was with 4 rrod failures I have literally bit off my last stale piece of jerky with XBox. I would like a refund so we can
go our separate ways from here on out. Please indicate how this can happen?

I want a refund

Hi xbox live i need a refund here. I got another month of xbox live that i didnt want. I think it was because of automatic renewal. I called xbox live support and they already took off the renewal but i was hoping to get a refund of the $9.99 i spent on
another membership that i didnt want. If i could get a refund just please send it to my credit card.

I want a refund!!!!

There have been problems with BF3 where Operation Metro freezes when you play high-ticket games, such as 500% (1750 tickets). It's happened to me too. I would suggest clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling patches to try and fix the problem.

You and the person who gifted the game need to contact support both with the same number and ask for them to refund it and/or open a case number so you can verify that you want to refund it. That is how get this issue resolved, I have seen this issue before
and it got that resolved, so hopefully that will resolve this issue that way. Please also note there is a time limit on refunds on this gift issue.
