Discus and support i want a refund madden 21 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I per-ordered madden 21 and would like a refund they mentioned free roam tackling and realistic blocking it has none of this I also cant play this game...     I per-ordered madden 21 and would like a refund they mentioned free roam tackling and realistic blocking it has none of this I also cant play this game with out getting cheated out of a win i request a refund but it got turned down

    If you already requested a refund and it was turned down, then it is no longer eligible for a refund. Games are eligible for a refund if you purchased it within the past 14 days and played less than 2 hours.

    I'm experiencing the same issue. All of a sudden my games or apps won't load. I mean I was already going to get the new Xbox, they didn't have to force me out. Ironically enough, this happened to my original Xbox when Xbox One released.

    try hard resetting by holding the power button for 10 sec if that does not work you'll have to go to settings>systems>console info>reset console >then click reset and keep games and apps this should fix the problem
