I want a refund for my xbox live subscription. It is still currently a pending transaction.

I just noticed that I was charged yesterday $25 for an Xbox live subscription that I did not want. It is still a pending transaction and I was hoping to cancel it and be refunded for it.

After purchasing Xbox Live Gold subscription it auto-canceled

Yesterday, I attempted to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription and I received an error that the purchase failed, please try again later. However, I received the confirmation email for the purchase and my credit card statement shows I was charged. Also
under my account information it was showing I had a subscription. About 15 minutes after the purchase confirmation email I got another email to confirm my Xbox Live Gold subscription cancellation. Now it is not showing I have a Xbox Live Gold subscription
in my account information but the purchase still appears in my transactions and it still shows on my credit card statement without a refund.

Xbox Live Gold Refund?

I sold my Xbox a month ago but forgot to turn off auto renewal on Xbox Live Gold. The transaction only came out yesterday and it's still pending, so is there a way that I could get a refund, as I no longer use this account. It would
be really helpful as I really cannot afford to pay this at the moment.
