    I want a refund for a game but I don't want it on my card.


    I want a refund for cyberpunk2077 but I don't want it on my card, I want the money on my account so I can buy another game. The reason why I want it on there instead of my card is because I don't have the card anymore since someone got into it a and tried
    to buy tons of stuff with it so I had to cancel it.

    I'm worried that if I request a refund on the game ill get a refund on a card I don't have anymore.

    You need to request a call back from the phone support first.

    They are the only ones who can help you with that issue.

    But cause of corona and holidays you sure need some patience !

    why when I try to buy an Xbox gift card it takes my money, the order says "pending", then "cancelled" and my money is refunded?

    But I don't want the refund, I want the gift card to be processed, it seems as though the system is cancelling the transaction by itself
