    hello! so bascily i bougt forza horizon 3 ultimate edidtion and i becouse of the early accses.. when the early accses came out i could not conect to the game online. i cold not play 20 min with out the game crashing.. i could not even use ultra settings
    when i got GTX 1080 with a i7 6700k. and my g27 wheel was not working on the game but it was working on every other game.. so baiscly i spended mony on nothing.. then i tougt it is ok the game is not done yet i will w8 and see what i can do leater on. i was
    keep playing the game and ceept being crashing i asked the support and they sad there is nothing wee can help you with. then after several weaks after the games realse they uppdated the game and i was really looking forward for it but once i started upp the
    game it keept crashing as fast as i moved a feet with any car and im really *** and i WANT MY MONY BACK BECOUSE I FEEL LIKE I GOT SCAMMED AND IM REALLY MAD RIGTH NOW AND WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO RELESE A NEW GAME MAKE SURE THAT EVERY THING WITH THE GAME IS WORKING..................................

    So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

    Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.

    Impossible to get support for a refund

    1) I wasn't asking for refound for the game, since I didn't bought it as you said. I mentionned it in my post, I'm looking for a refound on Premium only.

    2) I didn't consume it, I have a total of 0 minutes played with the Digital game. I'm sure they have access to this data to confirm it.

    3) When it didn't work with game pass, I tried downloaded it on Steam. didn't work neither but had my refound confirmation within 1 hour.

    In due respect, it seems you didn't really read my post or red it too fast.

    There are no refounds for Minecraft anymore. In it's description is written you need hdmi cable for split-screen. There was refound for who bought the game in the firs 14 days as i know.
