Discus and support I want a Kinect adapter sent out to me for FREE in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I kept my kinect to use for Skype with Family now i cant purchase a Kinect adapter cause apparently your discontinuing the adapter i would like one...     I kept my kinect to use for Skype with Family now i cant purchase a Kinect adapter cause apparently your discontinuing the adapter i would like one sent out to me or a full refund on my Kinect that was so needed on the One when i purchased it, and if your
    going to discontinue this product lets just get rid of Cortana as well seeing she don't work in Australia anyway or i'll send you my Kinect and you can give us a 1080p camera for voice and picture for Skype use on Xbox.

    I'm sorry to say but there are no Kinect adapters available and none of them would be free. Your request for a refund would only be honored by the retailer that your bought your Kinect from and usually that would be within 15-30 days of purchase.

    This is not Xbox Support here its just users helping other users and Xbox Support couldn't do anything for you either.

    Might as well demand a free "winning" lottery ticket while you're at it.

    The support here is users helping users. The kinect adapter was an accessory and rarely, if ever, are accessories free for anything that you buy.

    You can buy an Xbox One, not an S or X model. The original style Xbox One that has the Kinect port built into it. You can buy a Kinect adapter at the crazy prices that they are going for if you want.

    There are options out there, none are free.

    If want to suggest that the Kinect adapters be made and given out for free, post your suggestion here -

    The Kinect is discontinued, the adapter is discontinued and Xbox Support would not have the ability to send it out for free if it was available. Just an FYI

    Yes, I am fully aware it the Kinect was discontinued.
