Trying to play microsoft solitaire collection. Keep getting an error code that isn't found. Says I'm not connected. I have done every troubleshooting and restarted my computer and the game. It still won't work.

I had downloaded and played a free game then had trouble with my Microsoft Collection. After several other tries I finally uninstalled the game and then turned off the computer and restarted my collection then started to work.

Oh yeah, I also forgot to say that now whenever I try to connect it doesn't say I need to verify i own it, it just says that there is trouble connecting. I have done several tests and they all work out fine.

Sorry for the trouble. Do you have a different network connection that we can try to use such as a mobile hotspot?

I have had no issues with xbox 360 as of yet. Possibly recommed hard restarting the console or trying again tomorrow may be a sever issue had some trouble with xbox one tonight? Sorry if unhelpful

Ya its been a great run always liked the xbox over the PS.....now its back to the PS
