Need help

okay so I have been trying to get my Xbox to allow me to play games online and to msg and talk in party's. I was recently consule banned and communication banned. My banned for both ended on the 4th of this month and I'm still not able to do anything, it
says go to Privacy settings.

Still banned after serving my ban

I have recently been banned for something that haven't done but no only have i had to serve the two weeks i have come back expecting to play and now i'm still banned and its says i'm not i not very happy with how i have been treated by Xbox and i would like
to know how i can fix this mess that has been caused, i want to know how to fix this and use xbox live again becuase i have served my two weeks.

It's possible you've had a extension added to your suspension.

If it's 100 day extension it wont show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

You can contact support
here & they should be able to tell you if your suspension was extended but can not do anything about it.
