Discus and support I VERY recently migrated my Mojang account to my Microsoft one, and now I can't play... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just migrated my account and now I can't play multiplayer Minecraft with any of my friends.     I VERY recently migrated my Mojang account to my Microsoft one, and now I can't play...


    I just migrated my account and now I can't play multiplayer Minecraft with any of my friends. I cannot find any settings to fix this, and everything online about this says to go to places that aren't there. help?

    Minecraft Bedrock gone from my account

    I wasn't given a code, only a migration demand.

    I was given a copy of Bedrock upon release, and it was available on my Mojang account.

    Now, due to the migration, I can't even login through my Mojang account anymore.

    I migrated one of the 4 Mojang accounts. That is the one I am having issues with. The Mojang account emails are my personal Gmail account with "+NameMinecraft" where Name is their first name. Those Mojang accounts all have paid Minecraft purchases. But because they have a plus in them, I can't use them for a Microsoft account.

    I also have a Microsoft account. And the new Microsoft account I got for my son when trying to migrate his account is in my family group. However his Microsoft account's email address is from outlook.com since it would not let me use his Mojang account's email.

    I have not contacted support yet. I actually (mistakenly) thought this was a support board. I now realize it's a community site.

    How to get back access to Minecraft Java Edition after faulty Account Migration?

    I contacted Mojang Support again.

    They now tell me that my Mojang Account has not migrated to the Microsoft Account with the same email address, but to some other Microsoft Account.

    My Family has 3 other Microsoft Accounts. So I presume it is possibly one of those.

    All those Accounts have Minecraft licenses of their own. So possibly I have a Microsoft Account with a double license to Minecraft.

    I asked Mojang Support to what account my Mojang Account has migrated. I have yet to receive an answer.
