Discus and support I used to have Xbox for Windows 10 but I don't anymore? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So, I had another PC and it had Bedrock. Now I don't. Can anyone help?     On your new PC, just sign in with the account you used on your previous PC

    Then go to the store and download your games from there. The games you own should show

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with recovering a game you own.

    This would imply that perhaps you are using the wrong account on your Windows 10 device, as you would need to be signed into the account that purchased this title to even launch the game.

    Do you still have the other machine? You might be able to find the info required to recover your account this way.

    Dont use the companion app anymore. Use the xbox app built with windows 10. I just tried it and it works great

    You can't install and use the older version, is not compatible and available anymore.

    Sorry to hear you're facing the same problem(I'm on Windows 10 as well). The new Xbox App version improves the issue somewhat I think when you restart you don't have to reset anymore.
