I would like to let you know that if you’re not able to see the free game pass trial when opening the Microsoft store or the Xbox app, this means the offer already expired.

However, you can try reaching your PC brand support to see if something can be done.

i have no acsess to tht page it says page not found..... we need something to be reported to microsoft this is pretty messed up

Randver - did you get that laptop used or refurbished or just on sale? That was like a $1200 laptop when it came out. If I could've found one at that price I probably would've picked one up, I ended up getting the G750JW, Asus does make some pretty nice
laptops for the money.

I have the same issue using an Xbox controller on my laptop to play gamepass I had to delete bf4 everytime I ran keyboard comes up and I’ve found it does it on the left stock when you run on any game very frustrating why is there no fix from ms?

Have you purchased the game or have Game Pass?

So I downloaded it with gamepass but I could use it offline without gamepass
