I used my rewards to buy core game pass. I redeemed on xbox but is hasn't gone my my account.

Once you redeem the reward you should receive an email where you can get the code but if it's not showing up for you, you can get the code by signing in here:

Once you have it you can redeem it to your account by signing in to https://redeem.microsoft.com/ do not share the code here for your security and privacy.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account.

Yes, it says that I have redeemed the Xbox Game Pass Core. I can provide an image and the code used to redeem the gold. I am still unable to login to my xbox.com account though.

The issue with my Game Pass Ultimate subscription is gone, yeah!

I could claim the monthly Games with Gold from July 2023 by myself.

It seems that Microsoft has fixed the problem and there could be a relation to the new announced "Xbox Game Pass Core":

Join the Microsoft Rewards Program and you can use your rewards for Xbox Live and Game Pass subscriptions. I haven't paid for Xbox Live in years. I just keep getting my rewards and redeeming Game Pass Ultimate 3 month codes.

It would convert the remaining Game Pass Core to Ultimate at a ratio of 3:2.

That would be a problem because i didnt redeem my game pass core with a gift card. My dad pays it automatically every month.
