I used my AC Liberation digital code, but game hasn't installed and is not on ready to install ...

I used the code for the first time, it worked and the message popped up telling that the game is backwards compatible and would appear on my ready to install list.... so I navigate to the list and it's not there. Code is now listed as "already redeemed".
Suggestions? Very frustrated with this basic issue.

What message did you get when you tried to use the code?

Was the code invalid, or not recognised or was the code already used?

have you tried checking that it hasn't appeared on your account and waiting to install?

In "My Games & Apps" highlight the Sea of Thieves game and press the menu button (3 lines) and choose to Manage Game. From there, you can check what add-on content you have installed and what is ready to install.

Installed games in ready to install list.

I already have installed the game in xbox one console (Assassin's Creed Unity), and the same game appear in my "ready to install" list.

What i did is to uninstall my installed game a install the one in the ready to install list.

Is this a bug ? or something to be address?

I suggest calling Xbox support. 1-800-469-9269. At the very least they can help you with the redeemed code. Also, go ahead and make sure the game is downloaded so you will not have this issue any longer.

Backwards Compatible games. You will only be able to play this game on your Xbox 360 at this time. I suggest heading to the

Feedback site to vote for the game to be brought to the Xbox One Back Compat list so you can play it in the future. Note that once it does become available, your code redemption should still be valid to download the game. Due to the age of this thread,
it will be locked. If you have any other support issues, please post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

Im having the same issue, 13 games ive never purchased all ready to install. AC unity tried to install itself but i stopped it. No one else has use of my console or account. But my console was purchased used.

check the my games and apps section on your console.

Select AC: Odyssey and select manage game and content.

See if the seasonpass is installed there (or is ready to be installed).
