Discus and support I used my 3mnth prepaid code but I cannot play online. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have used a 3 month code after my Gold expired but I can't play online and I keep getting Ads and prompt to buy Gold.     I used my 3mnth prepaid code but I cannot play online.


    I have used a 3 month code after my Gold expired but I can't play online and I keep getting Ads and prompt to buy Gold. When I go into account settings and subscriptions it says I my code has worked but the problems are still there. I can also download GWG
    games which is strange. I have also checked and I have not been banned in any shape or form.

    Will Xbox Live Gold Cards work with EA Access?

    i assume you speaking about prepaid xbox currency (gold refers to the online subscription). And no you cannot, either use a credit card or go the gamestop and buy a ea access code from them

    Why is Xbox Live so Hostile to its Customers?

    i used a prepaid code while being in "violation" without ever using auto-renewal, i only used codes in the past. now i got an error while using the billing information screen for my new account. my question is, is my prepaid code lost now? i cant play online
    because of violations and i cant use the code again because it has already been used. but i never let my xbox auto renew so i cant be in violation can i?

    ok my computer doesnt want it to be text in there for some reason but i cant use my prepaid card that i got from the gameing store it says that i need to fill in some presonal information (wich i find worthless for a prepaid card) and it says that sweden

    How do you change the location? It says I'm from Spain which I'm from the US....

    changing the local will not change the region of your account

    prepaid codes can only be redeemed in the region you purchased thyem in

    meaning if your account is spain you cannot redeem a US prepaid code

    in short you need to create an account in the US to redeem US prepaid codes



    also if it is concerning call of duty waw or blackops mappacks they are region locked
