It's asking me for a credit card. I don't have one I could use except a Visa gift card I got for Christmas which I tried to use but it wouldn't work for some reason. Which is why I tried this option instead. Which just put $30 in my xbox live account instead
of purchasing EA Access.

I really just wanna be able to purchase what I wanted and not have my $30 go to waste. Thank you.

i want to buy ea access 1 year subscription,cost 30$

and i want to buy 2 codes of 15$ and redeem them

i saw at payment 2 options:

1 month 5$

12 months 30$ both require a card or paypal

and the 3rd option redeem code

the 3rd option is a ea access subscription code or there you can use money prepaid cards?

where i can find to buy ea access subscription codes?

i'm not from usa,so gamestop.com isn't an option for me

EA Access can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal. They will have prepaid cards sold in stores at some point, but for now that is the only way to purchase it. It's not possible to purchase third party subscriptions with currency in your Microsoft account.

Why isn't there any warning and why is that payment option there now? When you do go to the website ea.com/eaaccess it tells you nothing about having to have a credit card. In fact they give you some "easy steps" on how to sign up for EA Access and in none
of those steps does it say I need a credit card.

What payment methods can I use to purchase EA Access membership?

At the moment, we can only accept credit card and PayPal payments for EA Access membership.

Anything that is purchased from a third party (Netflix, Hulu, EA Access, etc.) cannot be paid for with Microsoft currency since you're not paying Microsoft.
