    Someone bought me a game and gave me a key to this game I used it, it said You redeeme it and it doesnt show up in my xbox app and I cant install it I tells me to buy it again and I dont want to do that

    I tryed what was suggested, went to account devices, it show my PC, I tryed removing it , and now i cant add it again. On register device it only shows register surface or xbox, either of which i dont have, it doesnt show my Pc at all. At device manager it shows that i used my desktop, but on add devices it doesnt show that as option to add.
