I used a code for a game, and it was a correct code. When I used it, I couldn’t find the game

I purchased a code for Minecraft Java edition, as I want to play with people I know.

I input the code at minecraft.net and redeemed the item, no luck and I can’t redeem the item again.

It was definitely a code for Java minecraft and it worked once but no Minecraft Java edition can be used.

Microsoft support was no use in the matter either

You can try to find a correct code here http://worldpostalcode.com/canada/ . I always use this system when I look for zip codes. There are a lot of them. I hope I was useful, take care

I checked the back of my disc case and I couldn’t find anything. No code or confirmation that there is a code. Any other ideas?

I can’t remember exactly what it said now. The first time it accepted the code and asked if I wanted to exchange my gold subscription to game pass but the second time after the console froze it said something like it couldn’t find the code
