i use my points on Yakuza 0 by gift to my other profile it don't show up

hi i just use my points to gift Yakuza 0 on my other profile it don't show no game or history but it took the points i check email it don't show up this the first time i having problem with this points It's the first time i try gift sending i mostly use my points on Movies but Yakuza 0 on sale $3.99 i had enough points for $5 so i gift myself to my other profile it's don't show up what i'm post to do ?

I just wanted to clarify, did you purchase it directly through the Xbox Store? If yes, then please try this to see if you can send the code to your account.

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

2. Select View gift code.

3. If the code is still active, select View gift code and then Copy-Paste the gift code into the body of an email and send it to the recipient or you can send it via message.

im on windows 11 and to my knowledge it is only happening with yakuza 0
