i update my xbox 360 then it dont read the games

Yes they are compatible it black ops and black ops 2 both brand new disc and work in a 360 just fine my xbox one reads and plays all xbox one disc and blu Ray's and 4k movies but will not read or play dvd movies or 360 backward compatible games I've done
system updates online and offline updates I've soft reset and hard reset and I've factory reset also and have no luck dont understand why it can read all disc except dvd and 360

im having problems with call of duty modern warfare 2 /black ops

the error message is disc Unsupported??

the link does not work.. and im having this probleme with just a few of my games

If these are official retail copies from your region, I recommend calling phone support for further assistance. Be sure to tell them what steps you've taken so far.

im curious as to why my post in response to the op was deleted without notification to my email?



as i said earlier,hes already stated that new games are the problem for him.his problem more than likley has to do with the update.and as i said call support....





now why exacally mr whatever your name is did you delete that?i know your a support mod i see your faqs,but i find that they are not exacally correct.is there a reason that my post was deleted?are we not allowed to talk about the update that perhaps might
have bricked some 360's?
