    I update my control and it no longer lights


    Hello,

    I enter to the accesories app and i enter in update my controler, then i conect the usb wire and the actualization start, after that the actualization bar progress 1% and the actualization said ¨error¨ my controler turn it off and i cant turn it on now.

    Controller issues

    Today I tried to update my control and got an error message saying something had gone wrong thought maybe my play & charge kit had disconnected the light wasn't on so it had can't get it to reconnect to the control and my control now no longer works ether
    any ideas tried reseting, new batteries etc basically all your standard fixes.

    Any help appreciated as I'm already on my 2nd control and don't want to end up having to get another.

    Xbox One no longer turns off my audio receiver after Feb. 2014 update

    After the latest update, my Xbox One no longer turns off my audio receiver. It turns it on just fine and controls the volume, but no longer turns it off along with my TV when I turn off my Xbox. Anyone else having this issue? It worked totally fine before
    the update.

    I have a Samsung HW-E550 audio receiver.

    My Controller Freezes

    My console isn't freezing. The screen has not frozen, my games will continue to play as if nothing has happened. It's just my controller will no longer reconnect until I turn off the console and leave it for a bit. When the controller freezes, the 1P light
    is still on with the xbox AND the controller, I just can't move or do a thing. It doesn't pause and say my controller has disconnected either. I can try reconnecting it, but it won't reconnect at all. I take the battery out of the controller, but the light
    just goes around in circles if I put the battery pack in and turn the controller on again. I press the sync button on the xbox and that syncs to the controller, but the controller doesn't sync to it. The light on the controller just keeps going around and
    around and I still can't use it.

    Green Light does not come on, but console starts up WTH?

    The lights are broken not burnt out (lights made to last longer than the xbox) and the controller is probably not syncing properly or the xbox is messed up in some way

    Xbox one stereo headset mic not working

    I use Turtle Beach X11's with my console along with the official headset adapter. They are always stored safely when not in use so I can't attribute my fault with accidental damage.

    Today when joining an Xbox party, nobody could hear my mic. I can hear everyone fine and myself breathing and speaking into the mic boom but nobody else can. The mute button on the adapter no longer lights up and the volume controls no longer beep.

    I did a hard reset, updated the controller software etc etc but have found no solution. Please help.

    My Xbox One won’t activate

    Hi Jay, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. When I press the controller button, instead of lighting up firm, it only flashes and the corresponding light on the Xbox doesn’t come on at all. It looks like the controller and Xbox are no longer synced.
