    Hy i unintentionaly load my Xbox one live gold membership for 12 mounths on my [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information]account instead of my [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information], because
    the [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information] was written in the "Annmeldung" area. Please help me to change my membership to the right account

    Please I need help i put the wrong credit card on my account the one i put had no money so now my live is suspended not my account my LIVE i have a 12 month xbox live gold card can you guys take them off the 12 month card i think its like a month over please
    i need help everytime i call they put me on hold for like an hour.

    No one on the forums has access to your account/billing info so there's nothing anyone here can do i'm afraid.

    You would need to contact support
    https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us     & they can cancel the subscription on the wrong account & put it on the right one

    Unfortunately it is not possible to use credit on your account to purchase Xbox 360 games even the free Xbox 360 Games with Gold Games on an Xbox One. If you load a bank card or credit card to your account it should then allow you to complete the purchase.
    Please note with the Xbox 360 Games with gold when you add it to your cart it will show your payment method but the cost should be listed as Free against the title.
    I am not using credit. There is no credit on my account. I have a CC linked. I purchased an XBOX one game with it this morning.

    Yes, you can pay xbox live gold with balance in your microsoft account but if I'm not wrong, for the payment to be completed sometimes it is necessary to add a credit / debit card or paypal
