The DLC and any other content you purchased should still be available to you, it is likely you will need to download again. Check out the Find
your games and add-ons on Xbox One support page which will show you where to look when in the My Games & Apps section.

If its DLC that you bought and paid for then it will always be there whether you reinstall or not. If you would like to be 100% sure that you own something, then you can always check your Xbox purchase history found here.

If you own the DLC, it will be there. IF you are having an issue with your copy still reflecting GamePass, try clearing your hard drive cache. TO do this, simply go to Settings and select Storage, then you will see the option to clear the cache. Your DLC
will allow you to install, even if using the gamepass copy over your disc copy. I have done so myself. What it wont do, if you did not back up your save files, is restore any in game unlocks you acquired. For example, if you unlocked a secret character or
a character costume in the krypt and you didnt save your game, you will then have to redo all that work and unlock it again.
